 To make an application, please visit Cleveland County Permits Office at 1333 Fallston Rd. Shelby, NC 28150.
 Application for Food Service Establishment - requires office visit for submission to ensure zoning and building code regulations are met.
 Application for Onsite Water Protection Services - requires office visit for submission to ensure zoning and building code regulations are met. 
 Application for Residential Care Facility - requires office visit for submission to ensure zoning and building code regulations are met. 
 Application for Water Sample - requires Right of Entry form. Applications are not accepted for loan closings.
