WiseWoman

WiseWoman is a screening program to reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke in women 40 yrs of age and older.  Patients must be uninsured and meet the financial eligibility requirements. This program is at No Cost for those who qualify. Patients will receive lab test to assess their risk of heart disease or stroke based on blood pressure, fasting blood sugar and cholesterol test.  Education will be provided on how to live a healthy lifestyle based on patients needs and their goals.
