Persons wishing to speak before the Board during the Citizen Recognition portion of the meeting should register their name and the subject they wish to address with the Cleveland County Health Department’s Deputy Health Director prior to the beginning of the meeting. Each presentation will be limited to three (3) minutes. If more time is needed, please register your request to be placed on the agenda of the next regular meeting with the Deputy Health Director.
