The Cleveland County Health Department is currently scheduling first, second, additional (for immunocompromised), booster and pediatric dose COVID-19 vaccine appointments. The vaccine is free for everyone regardless of income or insurance. No photo ID is necessary and there are currently no residency restrictions. You may schedule an appointment by calling the COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment Line at 980-484-6019 Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. All information from this table is available on the NCDHHS COVID-19 Dashboard at www.covid19.ncdhhs.gov/dashboard.
6/10/2022 - The transition to electronic reporting of deaths in North Carolina has led to a more efficient and effective means of identifying causes of death in NC. With this transition, NCDHHS has identified 13 additional COVID-19 deaths in Cleveland County residents dating back to January 1, 2022. These 13 deaths that occurred over the course of the last 6 months were added to the NCDHHS Dashboard this week and are reflected in today’s COVID-19 Update.
