The Cleveland County Health Department Health Education Unit has compiled this Resource Guide with the intention to provide information about a variety of resources in Cleveland County, North Carolina in regard to nutrition, physical activity, health care providers (primary care, dental, vision, mental health, substance use), drug discount programs, and transportation.
The information presented was collected from a variety of resources available to the staff of the Cleveland County Health Department. The inclusion of any organization, agency, service, or program does not imply an endorsement or recommendation nor does exclusion imply disapproval. The guide is intended to serve as a starting point or baseline for the identification of services that an individual might need. Individuals should rely on their needs and perceptions in choosing services to access.
